  • Express consent obtained for sensitive or new uses of data

Retention and Disposal:
  • Data is kept only as long needed to fulfill service obligations or as legally required (e.g., CRA retention), then securely destroyed

    • Encryption (256-bit at rest & in transit)

    • Access Controls: MFA, RBAC, strong password policies, unique credentials

  • Audits & Logs: Role-based restrictions, activity logs, periodic security reviews

Third-Party Service Providers:
  • We may share data with:

    • Payment, cloud, analytics, IT providers

    • CRA or auditors as required

  • Providers outside Canada; we ensure safeguards and inform you prior.

Individual Rights and Access:
  • Clients can:

    • Access personal/financial records we store

    • Correct inaccuracies

Openness and Transparency:

  • We maintain signed or digital consent logs

Changes to This Policy:
